Nice looking boots.

Sizing was good. Color was not what I was hoping for. They're a bit too red/brown for me.

Poor delivery service

The order had not delivered as of yet. It is behind schedule , after Christmas. It was going to be a nice surprise for Christmas. Still has my shown up. I need some tracking info.

Comfy and cute

Loved my boots. I'm always between sizes 7.5 and 8. Got the 8 regular and they fit perfectly. High quality. Box was beautifully packed and nothing was damaged. I love that about Macy's.

Quality vs Customer Service

The boots were ordered in size 11 wide. However, I received one boot in size 11 wide and the other in size 11 medium. If you review my pictures, you can see that the width on one boot is conveniently missing and paper tag with "wide width" was attached. I do not know where the breakdown in quality customer service occurred. But, I thought Macy's had better values than this and would not treat there senior customers for decades like this. I think this a shame because I would have given it 5 stars.
