Stone is Brown not Gray

I was searching for cute and casual gray boots to go with this gray coat I purchased. I saw these and the color was perfect! They arrived and are dark brown. I checked the box, it said Stone and had a picture of the dark brown boot. Be warned Stone in the picture is not the “stone” you receive. Sending them back immediately.

Returned to sender

I never received these shoes. I contacted customer service and explained the situation and they assured me that the money would be returned to my card. That was in December…it’s now March and I still haven’t gotten my money back

comfy and cute

Love these boots. I ordered a half size bigger and really didn’t need to. Will be good to wear with thicker socks. They are so cute and so comfortable. Not sure what kind of sole cushion they have but you feel like you’re walking on a cloud.
