Decent Price

The reason I'm giving this review a three is because the eyeliner is always black, I wear a very dark brown eyeliner. I don't know many people personally that wear black eyeliner and this is an intense black eyeliner. You have to be very dark skinned in order to wear intense black eyeliner or you will walk around looking like a clown.
