Zipper broke at the airport

It hadn’t been checked yet and the zipper broke. It is all duct taped up and will hopefully make it to the destination. It will be taken back and hopefully we will have clothes when we get to our destination. Very unhappy with this purchase

Zipper pulled apart

We have two of these Suitcases.. Mine is fine. When we opened the second suitcase for the first time and the zipper was spit open. The zipper will not hold up to stress if you put any force on it. Very Disappointed. Will have to return.

Great Suitcase for Vacation

I recently took this bag on vacation to Europe. It ended up doing really well. It is not overly heavy, even when packed with lots of clothes.

Love it

My old suitcase was getting worn down and I can't borrow my friends suitcase who's going on vacation with me. I ordered the green color and it came today. I'm super impressed with it so much that I just went and ordered another one in a different color for my daughter! Hopefully with this bright color it will stand out on the luggage carousel!

I loved the color and ordered two American Tourister Xpression 24" spinner luggage before Christmas for an upcoming cruise. I did not realize how flimsy the push button locking handle was until it twisted and broke off while boarding the ship. Very inconvenient not to have the handle when rolling it off the cruise ship and into the airport. Very, very disappointed, thought I was buying a quality product.
