Not firm enough.

It would’ve been nice if there was an opportunity to try this mattress out at the warehouse before ordering it online. The mattress was only available in plush, which I thought referred just to the pillow top. Apparently we need medium or firm mattresses. The problem we have with the two that we bought is that when we roll to a new positions while sleeping, it leaves a depressed area that we tend to roll back into. We are not overweight - I weigh 190 pounds and my wife weighs 140.

If the mattress support is properly supporting the mattress, we highly recommend reaching out to your original purchasing store and filing a warranty claim so this can be looked at.
