I own all high quality commercial pans and this is one of my best, outstanding quality

Upgrade!

I have had my set for over (5) years. I have a 35-year-old son who returned home and my hubby. Ugh! Plus, I just burnt my (5) qt. pot. Oh boy! I purchased Princess House products before but by the time I pay shipping/handling, well anyway! Needless to say, it's time to purchase an upgrade. My initial set was not stainless steel. Love Calphalon

Heavy and Impractical

It's way too heavy to be our goto sauce pan. My wife can't lift and pour without using both hands. Even then it's potentially dangerous. After you put on the lid, it weighs about as much as my 12" cast iron pan, which is crazy heavy.

Perfect pan for soups!

I have been looking to replace all my stock/sauté pans to stainless steel. My husband found this style of pans which is perfect for our tiny kitchen. I like how the kids make it easy to stack. This is the first pot we bought of this type / style. I was very impressed by how nice this was. It evenly heats so quickly! I made a stew the first time I used it and I was so impressed with how it cooked and how the lid sit on the pot. The pan is on the heavier side which I believe has to do with the layers. It’s not a pan I can lift with one hand easily but it hasn’t been an issue. I am going to buy more of this style of pan.

Certainly a space saver!!!

These are the great space saving pans with a good weight. My problem is that I don't really know how to cook:-( They aren't non-stick and the oil at the wrong temp does something to the inside of the pan. I think it's because it gets too hot maybe, I'll have to research.

Love Love Love

I bought a few of the new space saving line some months ago and fell in love. They are easy to store, easy to clean, and look great. Recently, I found that I needed one more deep sauce pan and ... it fits right in and can swap lids with my pour and strain sauce pan. I've donated almost all of my old cook ware in favor of these great pans which I hope to pass on to the next generation.
