Can't open

It would be great if these came with something that told you how to open them but I can't figure it out. They are locked. Can someone help me?

I don't even know how to review this piece because I cannot get it opened. No instructions on how to open, which is extremely frustrating. Can anyone help??

Well worth the purchase.

Very sleek look and roomy. I received a lot of compliments. It rolls pretty easy and not very heavy.

Great look & durabilty

I like just about everything about this suitcase. I think I would buy the bigger size though because this hold maybe 3-4 days worth of clothing and not anything else.

Store galore

This suitcase offers so much storage for a small carry one. Great for a long weekend or even a week if your going somewhere hot where you can pack less. I own several different luggage options and 2 other this size and this is by far my best buy yet.

Black is Beautiful!

I LOVE THIS LUGGAGE! I purchased 3 sizes of this Calvin Klein Driver set in black several years ago when sold in the Del Amo Torrance, CA store. I recently had to replace the smaller size due to inappropriate handling by a Super Shuttle Driver. After an extensive search; I did not realize the item was online; I now know it is exclusive to Macy's! I hope it remains available for years to come. I admit hard shell luggage interior is smaller than soft luggage. But, I still love this expensive, classy looking style in black; gorgeous! I feel I have the best looking luggage on the airport conveyor belt. You can have your Louis Vuitton, I'm sticking with my Calvin Klein! Thanks Macy's!
