Disappointed. Not what I was hoping for.

it is not as soft and moldable as other down pillows I have had. I got medium as I am side and back sleeper and can usually bunch up the down when I'm on my side and flatten it out when on my back. I can't do that with this pillow. It's just plain pouffy and not moldable. I got the sale price but even at that, for what it is I would not purchase this again. It just feels like an average pillow and was overpriced even at the sale price. I am disappointed as it's gotten very hard to find white down pillows.

Charter club white down medium pillow.

It is a wonderful pillow. Great quality. It was like laying my head on a cloud. Not real soft, but firm enough that it kept its shape and you didn’t have to keep fluffing it up.

Still Looking

I ordered medium softness and it is anything but soft! It’s hard and overstuffed for me but others might like it. Too thick to stack 2 pillows but too thin alone. They are well made and don’t have the funky cheap down smell. I wish they wired but I will need to return.

Stinky!

Smells like a dirty bird. Be sure to not remove tags like I did so you can return it. Pillow is unusable. What a waste. Still kicking myself.

Not the Same

I was so disappointed in these pillows. I have slept on these pillows before (the king sized ones) and when your head hits the pillow it literally sinks in perfectly and I've had the best nights sleep. These pillows (queen size) did not do that. I am not sure if it was the size of the pillow or if the contents of the pillows have changed but definitely disappointing.
