The perfect luggage with minor flaw

Received it with two scratch marks on the outside and the netting in the inside has a hole that right near the zipper. Other than that the Delsey Paris has everything wanted for a luggage: light weigh, perfect size for all travel especially international, TSA lock, double zippers than normal luggage, has a weigh scale so no more guessing on the content and the luggage can expand. Will have to see if I can return it for a replacement.

sturdy with appreciated features

Love this luggage. It's more of a pale blue than grey. The weight feature is handy to avoid surprises at the airport and the zip-out lining keeps it clean. I recently returned from a trip to discover a mess in my luggage. No problem. The lining zipped out and went in the washer. Easy!

Lightweight, Roomy, & Secure

The package arrived in less than a week. The luggage is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The interior has more than enough room for my clothes and laptop/equipment. For security, I appreciate the lock.

Broke within the warranty and Delsey ghosted me

I bought luggage from Macys and it broke while I was in Paris within the warranty period. I immediately started the claims process. Unfortunately I had to buy another bag because I had three more stops on my trip before flying back to the US. I took pictures and a video and left the bag in Paris. There were a series of back and forth emails, each time asking for different information. I thought everything was going well but I didn't have one of the photo angles they requested so I shared the video. Mind you this was the third request for different information. They ghosted me and shut off all communication and that was 12 days ago. I believe that is how they operate, asking for more information to find an excuse to deny your claim. They didn't even give me the courtesy to answer my two emails asking if I was being denied. I will never buy a bag from them again.
