Liggage

Just returned from Paris and this mauve color is pretty and was so easy to find on the turnstile. Thick zipper with combo lock is very nice. Easy to lift. Didn't even know it has a built in scale that will alert you if over 49 lbs..big pro. Recommend it.

Less than expected

For the price I am less than impressed. The main defect is that when the lid is open, the lid zipper opens from the bottom so you cannot access it like a pocket. Everything falls out. Makes me wonder if the product is authentic??

Terrible Quality broke 2nd time Using it

I purchased this luggage as a birthday gift for my daughter. She only used it twice before it cracked at the top corner within two months. Since it was past Macy’s 30-day return window, they would not assist with a return or exchange, so my daughter had to contact Delsey directly. Thankfully, Delsey’s customer service was excellent. They promptly sent her a brand-new replacement and were even kind enough to offer a different color so she could still get matching pieces, as the original purple set had been discontinued. That said, I was disappointed that the luggage broke so quickly, especially since my daughter previously owned Delsey luggage for over 10 years and loved it. This experience makes me think it may have been a defective bag or part of a bad batch, especially since the exact model is no longer available on their website and the replacement she received is slightly different. Moving forward, I will likely purchase directly from the manufacturer rather than through Macy’s.

4 Trips and corner caved in!

Picking up my back on my trip yesterday I immediately noticed my suitcase was tilting. A corner of the suitcase where the wheel is has caved in! I’m behind disappointed. This item shows returned for me which I never did but now wish I had.
