Smells

I love this collection and I have all luggage pieces so I decided to add the backpack and its pretty perfect size for what I need but it has a horrible smell the material. I left it opened to air out for days and it is still there so I will be returning only for that reason

Great Product! Macy's has BAD shipping department

The luggage is very nice. Unfortunately there were a few scratches on it. What was very disappointing was that Macy's didn't add any bubble wrap or protection paper inside the delivery box. Also, the box wasn't sealed when it arrived, and the box was falling apart.
