DKNY CARRY ON LUGGAGE

USED ONE TIME ON A TRIP ON THE WAY BACK HOME THE HANDLE DID NOT RETRACT BAD TIME TRYING TO PUT ON THE OVERHEAD . GOT HOME CALLED DKNY 4 TIMES AND LEFT 3 E-MAILS NO ANSWER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ON BUYING ANY DKNY LUGGAGE CAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINK.
