Handle doesn’t go down

I would like to return this product, reason being I am now getting ready to use it and once I pulled the handle up it wouldn’t go down back. Now I am at a loss, my trip is on Wednesday. Your support and guidance in resolving this urgent issue is appreciated.

I think it's a bad ideal. I love the suitcase it has luxury look and beautiful on the inside. The quality is adorable. There're just a better than any other brand name luggage. Besides any DKNY brand is expensive.

Love the look BUT

It’s ripping at the seam! Used it 4 times and the second zipper is ripping at the seam! Most expensive luggage i have used and Christmas present from my kids. 😖

Wonderful choice!

I haven’t received it yet but if it’s anything like the rest of the set, it will be wonderful! I bought all of the pieces except this one (why I don’t know) for my daughter and I to share. Recently, she went to Paris and could have used this as her carryon. She felt awful taking her boyfriend’s non matching suitcase. She used the backpack and the large one and they look divine! Small trips she has used either the medium or the duffle bag. They are so roomy and stylish. I expect nothing but the best quality from this as well. It was a great investment.
