I have never had a more worthless vacuum. I have purchased sever Animal vacuum’s and love them. This was recommended to me by Dyson customer service for stairs. It will not stay running, no suction, plugs, sounds like it vapor locks. I keep putting it away, and then try again. I won’t try any more! Get the “Animal” and forget the ball.

this vacuum is super clanky and it is way to big of a thing to use plus I have had it for 3 months and the vacuum head has stopped working.

The suction is amazing, the cord is super long. I didn’t want a cordless vacuum because I didn’t want the battery to die on me. The cord is long enough to be able to do the whole house without disconnecting it. If your thinking of buying this vacuum you definitely should!

I loved my previous Dyson canister but the motor head starting running sporadically. The model was no longer made so no replacement head available, I bought the Big Ball hoping for the same great quality but that didn't happen. The beater bar works only in one direction (forward). The bar stops altogether on flat rugs and just sucks them up.

We're disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. It's going to cost us a bunch to re-do our wood floors because the roller ball scratched them. It's also tough to use on carpet. Worse vacuum cleaner we've ever had!

I'm using it for long time. Performance is great. No filters, suction great.

I’ve had this vacuum for while over 3 years. I was looking for something lightweight and easy to maneuver. I have such a hard time pushing and pulling it and you have to hold on a lever on the handle for it to move. I have a lot of floor and by the 2nd room, I’m tired and my hand hurts from holding the lever and trying to get through the floor. I never write reviews and this one was with the write given my struggles. For the money I spent on this, it’s not worth it!

The vacuum is not powerful enough. You have to try to go over the debris multiple times for it to pickup and even then it doesn’t work well. I would recommend an upright or handheld vacuum with a motorized head. Not a great product.
