Macys is a scam

I ordered this and the white glove delivery service was outsourced. The white glove delivery service was on point, and they noticed the product table top was damaged from shipping. They took thorough photos and contacted Macys immediately to schedule a day/time for a replacement table top to be delivered/installed. Macys was insistent on an "inspection" appointment. The inspection appointment was verified via text message and no one showed up for the "inspection" appointment. All I want is this corrected and I can't get anyone on the phone. Paid a lot of money for a flawed product. Very dissatisfied. The scratches are all around the table top and were noticed immediately by the white glove delivery service, but Macys is not correcting it.

Beautiful set.

Looks great. Chairs are very lightweight… would have probably preferred them to be heavier, but works. Probably best to use a rug under this set… chairs slide quite a bit without one. Time will tell if they are durable but so far we love them.
