Mattress looks good but began to sag around 6 months. Lots of unevenness. Do not buy!

1 year agogreat quality!
For last 4 years I bought 3 mattresses for my family. I may say that these mattresses are top of quality, have good back support, do not have any deformations after several years using, and do not create “warm wet back” effect. I like the firm mattresses but my last one was with a plush top and I very satisfied because 960 coils make excellent back support!

Hard as a counter top
I can not believe how hard this mattress is...There is NOTHING PLUSH about it! I ordered online, going against my better judgment. I am returning. Even you you like a firm mattress, stay away!
