Lumpy

This mattress has a very hard lumpy feeling in the center that feels like laying on a wooden table. There were slopes down on both sides so we measured and found the brand new mattress is uneven. We used a level to prove our point. We both have the same feeling about this mattress, disappointed beyond all measure because I thought I was getting an amazing deal and it feels like I bought a tester one from the showroom floor.
