Shipping issue

Unfortunately I was unable to try this rug in my space. It arrived "shrink-wrapped" but without a bag to return in case it didn't work. My Macy's store doesn't accept rug returns. I requested a bag to be sent (indicating I would not open and return shrink wrapped without this assurance), but it never arrived. I had to return it without trying it to avoid being stuck without costly return options.

High quality beautiful-highly recommend!

Beautiful rug, light, subtle colors & shades. I absolutely love it. It’s so soft & calming. It’s even better than I expected. You do need a good quality rug pad.
