Pull in brand new carpet

The 9'' x 11 carpet has a pull. It looks as if the entire side will come undone. I am not happy. Customer service will not answer the phone. I have tried multiple times to reach someone to find out what I can do. I was no even given the option to stay on hold... How do I use a brand new carpet that is pulling already? It is unfortunate because the carpet is beautiful.

very nice looking rug

My mother in law just bought this rug set. It looks beautiful in her county classy home. The color on the monitor is misleading. The rug is really a soft moss green with off white and a bit of black vine and a touch of red. Nice and thick. Great price too!
