Beautiful product but a waste of money. It works well for about a week and then nothing. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

Doesn't work!

Bought for a Christmas gift and recipient went to use it for the first time and it didn't work right out of the box. How awful! Said the return window closed on Dec. 30th, so I'm out and can't even exchange for a working product. What a waste!
