Bad quality

This suitcase have been pretty pricey and after 1 travel ripped. The stitches on both aide of the zipper ripped.

Defective and loose handle

I was very excited to buy this spinner. The overall look is good, but the handle has stopped working properly and doesn’t close properly. It is very loose and shaky. This item has 5 years warranty, so I will contact Macy’s about it.

Lock

My combination doesn't work (and I've tried going through all numbers) and I cannot get the suitcase to unlock - of course to submit a warranty I need to get the number from inside the case to do a warranty (which I cannot open) Called a locksmith and they won't open either - tried the London Fog Warranty and Service Department - no help at all.

Great value 25” luggage

This is the first time I’ve purchased a replacement for an item that got damaged but I’ve gotten so much use out of it for 2 years that I consider it an exceptional item at the closeout price. It is lightweight,stylish , easy to recognize in baggage claim, and has many compartments and durable zippers. I find the size (25”) perfect for a checked bag. I can’t think of any reason for spending 4x as much and worrying about inevitable incidental nicks and scrapes
