    My big pot

    I love my pot. I now have the four I wanted. I have also learned the hard way you must stick to the instruction of cooking on low to medium. It does take the pot a little longer to heat up (all cast iron is like this) and we’re tempted to turn up the heat. Don’t do it. And hand wash especially the lid. You can ruin the ability of the lid to seal.
