Not “soft”

The pillow is good quality, but definitely not “Soft”..hard to medium is more accurate.

Don’t buy

There is nothing cooling about this pillow when you lay your head on it. It feels cool when you touch it that’s about it.

Waste of money

There is nothing cooling about this pillow after the first 60 seconds.
