Plastic around wheel broke
After the third use the plastic around one of the wheels broke. Very disappointing.

Lightly used piece of junk
The bag lasted exactly 4 flights prior to a hole appearing on the bottom of the bag. I will never buy another revo again. It’s light and convenient but was the shortest life span for any bag I’ve owned !!!
Poor quality
I flew with this suitcase 3 times. On trip two the side was punctured all the way thru. Before trip 4 I was all packed up ready to go. I pushed the suitcase over with my hand and the wheel cracked and collapsed.

Perfect Suitcase
The style, color and the suitcase is in between large and carry-on.
Lasted Little Over A Year.
This bag has traveled a lot, lasted only just over a year, and has been on so many international flights, I expected it to last just a bit longer. This recent flight from LAX was the end. A big chunk of the hardside was missing at baggage claim.
Horrible
Same as the previous review- used one trip and the case cracked.

Dents in "Hardside"
The sides are not hard enough to resist damage. One one domestic flight the shell was cracked above one spinner wheel. On our next flight, the top corner of the suitcase was dented. While packing to return home, a piece of the plastic connector on the inside elastic strap broke. The suitcase was not over packed. We like the style of this case and the simple interior, but we need a product that isn't so prone to damage. Warning - Southwest will only give you a $50 flight voucher for damage. Read the fine print on the 10 year warranty.
