May not hold up well

I’m not sure what is going on, but the original suitcase I ordered had a pyramid white scratch on the bottom and some scratches on the side. The replacement looked WAY worse! It looked as though someone used it, banged it up good, and then returned it. Look over your items closely, the warehouse is not packing things correctly or returns aren’t vetted. I like the features of it, but the quality of what I received left much to be desired.

Sent in the smaller size plus one of the lock is broken, very upset! : (

Luggage you can use and count on

I bought the framelock spinner specifically because it doesn't have a zipper. I had decent expandable luggage where the zipper was destroyed in only a few uses. I was told it was the airlines fault. While that is likely true, what do I do to keep the luggage safe? Lock it in a closet? Luggage is made for travel and it needs to stand up to some abuse by the airlines to have any value. Thus framelock was my choice.

Looks amazing and rolls like a dream

I am a frequent traveler and have been very hard on bags. Having just received the 28 inch Framelock I have not yet traveled with it. So far I love the color, lack of outside zipper, easy roll spinners and the sturdy feel of the shell. I'll come back after a few trips to update but so far it's great. #sweepstakes
