Thanks for your question. The part of the lock with the key hole slides. Simply push it to the side and the zippers will release. Lock instructions are included inside the luggage to walk you through setting your combination lock. Samsonite-US

Misleading Color

Great quality luggage; however, the metallic silver bag is NOT silver. It has a blue tint. Misleading color on the website.

I Bought It Again!

I bought this to replace an old carry on bag. I haven't used this one yet, but I have the NeoPulse in the 28" and love it. It has been all over the world and has held up beautifully. I like how both sides have a zipped cover. I don't have to worry about which side it's on when it is opened. I also love how lightweight it is.

Lightweight & Easy to travel with

Just used the suitcase for the first time. It is very light and rolls super easy. In fact it rolls so easy that a break for times where it's not supposed to move would be great. It's a little thinner than expected but still fits a good amount of luggage. Overall I can recommend it. #sweepstakes

awesome piece of luggage

I got the bigger one several months ago Love the weight I can get alot in them glad they were on sale That really helped to buy them One thing I did was ordered a cover for them so they won't get all scratched up I also put one of those luggage strapes around it lenght wise So far it's worked I think because of the weight they aren't being as abusive as all my other bags that were very heavy once filled. Who knows
