The zipper opens on its own

The zipper keeps opening on its own when it weighs over 40lb. It has happened 3 times out of 4 times use. Even it was open when I retreived it from the baggage convey belt at the airport. Luckily, nothing fell out since I tied it up with a luggage strap. I will return it..

Well done Samsonite

I bought the 25 inch size in burnt orange for an overseas trip. I travel often to visit family. I have bought Samsonite cloth suitcases before which have held up beautifully, over 10 years without problems. I was weary about these new hard case, spinner wheel suitcases since I had received a set as a gift (no name brand) that only held up to 3 trips before cracking due to airport handling. But, given the weight of these models I wanted to try again, but with a quality brand. I'm crossing my fingers, Samsonite, that you'll come through for 10 years. So far, the first leg of the trip was trouble - free, and it was packed to 50 pounds. Very nice, spacy interior. The zippers seem tough, even when using the expansion, which I did. I really like the ATS lock that is incorporated in the luggage. My luggage was checked by ATS and the lock was fine when I picked it up. I also enjoyed that it was on sale at Macy's. The color is beautiful and easy to pick out on the carousel. Great so far!

great Suitcase

Great suitcase. Traveled to Russia and back for FIFA World Cup and had no problems at all. Purchased two different sizes. Recommended for my son also.
