terrible flat pillow
this is pillow is terrible. it becomes like a flat pancake. not worth the money

Great pillow
Finally found a perfect pillow that is not too big! I like it so much that I am ordering another one.
Disappointed
When I received this pillow it had been opened because both seals were broken. The pillow looked discolored like it had been used and to top it off I did not receive a receipt to return this pillow. I going to call in the morning to complain and need to return pillow and I don't want a gift card because I used my credit card. It is Macys fault a return label or receipt was not inside the box. I am so disappointed as to how this pillow arrived, no receipt, and looks used.

Great pillow at sale price. It is hard at when you first lay down but does "soften" and conform to your head and neck. The cooling technology really works.

Got in the mail and it is hard as a rock. Will not be able to use for a pillow but maybe as a back rest. Disappointed
