Outstanding service! The mattress is firm and soft on the top, which is great for a side sleeper. The product and delivery service are both outstanding. I recommend this mattress and the white glove delivery. The delivery men were punctual and efficient. They took my old mattress and came into my house with slippers and gloves……very clean and efficient service. I am very satisfied with my new mattress and I am looking forward to bedtime.

This isn't a good mattress. In three months the mattress started sinking. There are deep dents in it already. I would never buy a mattress or furniture from Macy's again! The experience trying to exchange this mattress has been horrific! The inspector sent to our home from Macy's furniture department was very unprofessional!

Disappointed
I've been searching for a replacement to our 13 year old mattress in hopes it would end waking up with a lower back ache. I was disappointed the very first night when it felt like I was climbing into a pre-used mattress as I felt like I was sleeping in the same, worn divot I had in my old mattress. I thought I'd give it a little time as it was a new mattress. We're at least 2 weeks in and the lower back aches persist and it still feels like I'm sleeping in a pre-owned mattress. After reading so many great reviews from customers professing the comfort they experienced and the alleviation of lower back aches, I had high hopes with this mattress. Unfortunately, I removed the shipping tags from the mattress and threw them away so I guess I'm stuck with it. I purchased it on a flash sales through Macy's online and don't think it's even worth the discounted price I paid. Lesson learned: shop on site and try mattresses before purchasing.

If you are still within your original retailer's return or exchange period we recommend reaching out to them to see if you still can do so. If the shipping tags were the only tags removed the law tags located near the foot of the mattress should still be there, and if you still have those tags you should still be able to return, exchange, or file a warranty claim.
