Disappointment 😞

Just brought the mattress, it is noisy when you sit on it, the head of the mattress is sunken in and the pillow top is lumpy.

Comfortable but my back was not happy

I was very excited to receive my queen mattress, it is very comfortable but not good on my back. I am in the process of exchanging my mattress. Serta has been helpful throughout the process. I am hoping to get something extra firm. This mattress is great for the people who don't have back issues.

Great bed, but took over 2 months for it to get delivered. Also the delivery company canceled the delivery date twice.

So comfortable!

Although this was purchased for our guest room, as soon as I set it up, I laid down and took a nap…so comfortable . When my daughter and her family visited, she and her husband reported a very good night’s sleep. We are, and have been for years, a Serta family for life!

Super comfy with perfect support

I used to wake up with achy back and hips. I thought it was just an aging body until I got this mattress. I no longer wake up stiff and sore. I’m a side and back sleeper and this mattress gives the perfect amount of support in the right places. I’m also a hot sleeper but this mattress does not sleep hot at all!

No more back pain!
