Macys sold me a defective and damaged mattress and box spring and refuses to change it out. It’s causing me back pain, customer service has been extremely rude hung up on me several times. Would not recommend please don’t buy. This isn’t the world class service they promise

Bought it 2 months ago and I feel like I am sleeping in a large sponge. Very little to no support. Not what I had envisioned. My own fault I suppose. Just purchased a more conventional, firmer Serta mattress.

I purchased this mattress because I love my sister's bed so much and this is the mattress she has just in a king size. I have owned this mattress for 6 days and it's sinking in in the center.

I was expecting a very soft plush mattress. It is very much on the firm side. I wake up stiff every morning. This was a once in every 10 year purchase and I was so excited to receive this product, but what is plush about it

Horrible
I bought this mattress less than a year ago and regret every cent I spent. It has no support, loses the shape soon after I got it and now has craters in mattress. Very disappointing
