The mattress does feel a little thin but we needed a thin mattress to fit a loft bed. It works fine for my kid but I wouldn't want to sleep on it. But I'm not sure with a mattress this thin if it could be something comfortable for an adult.

I didn't expect much from this mattress when I was buying it. I've got what I paid for! It is a very average mattress for the guest-room's bunk bed.

Unfortunately, I am not in any position to express my opinion on the Serta mattress because the order was canceled. I had changed my mind about acquiring the mattress. However from the description it looks like it would be a quality item as described.

Good delivery, really bad on waiting to charge you until after delivery. Cancelled my mattress order on one order and there has not been a refund so far. Since I'm on a fixed income it really was a shock and messed my account up. It would be nice that once you order and pay online that it would be deducted right then not wait.
