Wheel broke off after 2nd trip. 3 year warranty is useless if you have to return to manufacture. The cost to ship luggage via UPS is over $100 more than the cost of luggage. Purchase something better.

Be aware product has prop. 65 warning
I just received this luggage today and it looks nice and all but it came with a California Proposition 65 warning label: "California 65 warning: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm." Will return asap!
Bad quality
I bought this suitcase in grey color. It was in box new. I kept in basement and forgot about it. 2 weeks ago I travel international.and in another country while repacking my suitcase fell apart in 2 pieces. I need to buy new suitcase now. I don’t expect product from Macy’s can have so bad quality.

Takes a beating!
Bought this as a gift for my sister to use on bowling trips. She takes several a year . So far so good...Wheels perform perfectly, which is her greatest concern.
Broke after 2 trips
I bought this suitcase last year and was very disappointed to see that one of the bottom corners cracked after my second time using it. Looks like a cracked egg now and the wheel doesn't roll anymore. When I bought it, I was very excited about the color, look, and wheels of this suitcase, but I'm obviously pretty bummed out that this is the outcome.

Not sturdy.
This product is great looking and design but was disappointed that both suitcases broke on the first international flight. I would recommend for road trips but this suitcase cannot withstand air travel.

Great Quality....Great Price!!!
I purchased a set of the hardside spinner suitcases for my daughter who is currently a college student. They are perfect for travel and storage. She opted for the green and they are still almost like new even though she travels often using them.
