Disappointed.

Looks lovely Weighs too much. I’m a frequent business traveler and while I love much about this case is too heavy for me to lift into carryon compartment. Going back to my old model.

It can hold only one suit-two is too tight!

I was hoping I could take two suits in this suit case which I did; however, they were too tightly packed that the zippers won’t close all the way! Well my old Suitcase made by American Traveler which costs only a quarter of what I paid for this suite case can hold two suits comfortably (different internal designs) but started looking ratty so I wanted to buy a replacement but were no longer made! However, the built quality of this suitcase seems much better than the other much cheaper suitcase.

Doesn’t spin. Looked like my other Travelpro but lesser quality. Decent for small travel but four wheels is a must bc the 2 wheels make it awkward to have easy mobility

Recess the handles

I know it complies with size requirements but I believe recessed handles on the top and sides could stay within guidelines and offer increased internal volume
