Surprisingly wonderful

I have had my eye on this sofa for months and happen to catch it while it was on the clearance sale. They didn't have it on display in the store so it was really a mystery on what would be delivered but honestly I am so happy with it. It's a lighter shade of blue with greys & white thread weaved in. The first couple of days it was a little crunchy in sound but it's getting more broke in and you don't hear it. I love that the cushions don't need to constantly be adjusted and that the pieces are all connected. My previous sectional didn't connect and I constantly had to fix cushions. If there was one thing that I would change is the pillows. They are too matchy matchy but I can always buy others. If I could give you any advice - go into the store to purchase it. They offer additional discounts that you can't get from ordering online. :D

Horrific Experience

Macy's associate only offered it as a 5 piece with few color options. After looking around a little more, I found the exact couch in a 4 piece with a different color option, the color I originally wanted. When asked about it, all of a sudden the 5 piece was also avaliable in more colors. That made no sense to me that he would not offer me all avaliable options and prices. Decided on 5 piece in the color I wanted. Most options besides beige are special order and say up to 8 weeks delivery. Associate started my order and said 5 weeks to deliver to my zip code. I didn't have my Macy's card with me so he looked up my account using my ID. Order placed. Get an email next day for late March. Not 5 weeks but almost 3 months!! AND he somehow charged my Macy's AM EX card instead of Store card. I had to call and cancel entire order. Customer service didn't care that he charged a card I gave ZERO PERMISSION TO USE or he promised a date not even close to being accurate. AVOID Macy's on STATE! Scam!

Deceptive

Lamented about which one of the Vasher collection I wanted for months. Finally decided to go with the 114’ sectional. It was immediate upon delivery that it wasn’t fitting where I anticipated it would. So I measured myself and saw a discrepancy. Macy quickly sent a tech out to inspect and measure and his findings were 110” on both sides. Macy has allowed representatives to deny claims and shut down resolutions of an exchange but said I could return it by losing 15% restocking fee. That’s not a loss I should incur. Good luck speaking with anyone who truly cares and desires to uphold the Macy longstanding reputation. I’m done with Macys for good. The email address they have listed on their site comes back as one that’s non working as well as the chat online they offer you to use as tools for contact.

Love it

I was so worried to buy a couch online based off of photos but this sectional didi not disappoint! It is so comfortable and does your back justice because it does not sink in after long periods of time. They also give you instructions on how to maintain it since it's feather and you need to fluff it once in a while to maintain the shape. Overall we love it so much and are so happy with the purchase.

roomy

I received this to complete my furniture set. It’s cozy and it resembles a mini couch. You can fluff up the seat if needed but there’s so much cushioning it’s unnecessary. The chair does have a crunchy sound but it’s not like a bag of papers, it’s new! And the pillows are soft. You can also remove the casing and wash them to soften up the fabric. It’s a nice chair.

Not a Fan of this chair

While I really liked the concept for my room space, I returned it. Didn't realize that the material is like tweed and thought the sitting area would be more spacious for curling up. The material inside of the cushions sounded like plastic when you sat down and it left a big dent where you were sitting. I can imagine that after some time it will leave a permanent indent in the cushion.

We LOVE this couch. The cushions are a foam core with a feather topper so it’s very comfy, but holds its shape. The fabric is great and we love how unique it is. Highly recommend!
