I wanted to buy much more, but…..

I was shopping for summer clothes, and was very disappointed. The belt was something to make the trip worthwhile. The men’s department is difficult to navigate as it’s arranged by brands. What I could find was picked through. When I shop Macy’s in large cities the selection is extensive and there is sufficient amounts of staff. Not so in the Providence Mall. While the staff is very nice they are drastically short of help. Too depressing to go back to this location as Macy’s Corporate has left it for dead.

A cheap, disappointing product

The belt is of very low quality - a big disappointment. It showed immediate signs of wear the first time I wore it. Some kind of faux leather?

Item never arrived on 5/9 like originally told. Customer service says oh just wait until 5/17 for an update. Poor customer service
