Very nice but sizing a little off

I got this zipper sweater for my elderly father who wanted a very thin sweater, so this was perfect for him. If you are looking for something not too thin, this is not for you as it is very thin, it should be worn over a shirt. He usually wears medium, but this medium was too big, i got a small, but the small fit like a small, it did not run big like size medium did, so we kept the medium.
