Did I receive a returned shirt?

My "new" shirt arrived in a plastic bag, crudely folded and held together with a single pin,,, as though it had been worn, and returned.

Not packaged well and stitching detracts

Received this 5 mins ago and likley to return, it came packaged in a mailer with no protective paper, the collar stitches looked frayed, The only way I would likely where is under sweater which defeats the purpose of a traveler shirt. It looks like a return that was never worn - but had the shirt pins removed
