Bad fan. Good PC for price

The PC looks awesome and handles everything I throw at it. Issue is that the cooling fan burned out and I have had it maybe two months.

Good customer service

I purchased a ready to ship PC, it works wonderfully, there was one issue with it and they resolved it very quickly. The PC arrived with only 8gb of RAM installed instead of 16, so they sent the other RAM stick promptly after I verified the serial number.
