Item was never received!

I received a notification that the item was shipped out and when the expected delivery date would. It never came on that day, nor did the tracking updates change once the label was created. I did reach out to Macy’s about this and received a refund, but the 1 Star means that you may not actually get an item you purchased.

Pretty but really bad quality, it totally fell apart, every part of it. The material is really thin. Didn't last in good shape for more than a week.
