Perfect bag for fall

Such a beautiful bag. I have been wanting a burgundy purse and this is perfect. It is a little smaller than I expected but I kept it because the next size up looks too big. Great grab and go purse, no zipper but it does have a magnet closure that is convenient for easy access.

I Think It Is A Keeper

I had been watching this bag for a while. I finally took the plunge when Macy's took additional money off and using a gift card. At first I wasn't sure about the purchase. But after dressing her up a little, I think I made the right choice. The leather is beautiful, you can smell the leather, and the color is gorgeous, honey brown. The corners of the bags are sharp, so I can understand concerns about the corner wear. The leather is very soft, so some scratches will be unavoidable. But I think it will just add to the character of the bag. It's an early birthday gift to myself and I can't wait to use it.

Great Bag, poor packaging!

The Coach Brooklyn is a beautiful bag which the 5 star rating reflects. I ordered the bag online for a gift. I was shocked at how poorly packaged the bag was when received. The handbag was shipped in a box that was too small causing it to be folded nearly in half and creased. In addition the handbag was not protected with the usual packing . It was in a plastic bag with a small amount of tissue and the dust cover inside. It appeared to be either a display or returned bag. I would be embarrassed to give as a gift so I returned it. I ordered the same bag from another top retail store and it came packaged beautifully just as Coach would send. Disappointed with this experience from Macy’s!
