Still hasn't arrived

I ordered online and Macy's is using USPS for delivery services and my bag has still not arrived. Tracking is horrible and date of arrival continues to be changed

Love this bag

Absolutely love this bag and it’s a perfect size that fits everything nicely. The leather is really soft. Only reason for 4 stars is the way the bag arrived. The box was completely destroyed and was ripped open on one end Luckily the bag survive. Not sure how but it did.
