Coach does it again🤎

This is such a gorgeous and spacious bag. The merlot color is a beautiful deep red, and it looks even more stunning in person. I get tons of compliments on it, I can’t wait to purchase this in navy blue!

It was packaged in Macys plastic shopping bag. It didn't look new. I had to return this.

Never Recieved the Bag

I never received the bag. I reported this issue, and I’m still waiting on a refund. I was EXTREMELY disappointed because this was supposed to be a special gift. If I’d known that you use DoorDash to deliver, I would’ve had it delivered to the store. When I’ve ordered in the past it was delivered by UPS. I’m still disappointed and waiting on my refund.

Only one strap stays on your shoulder. Bag is very stiff and difficult to get things in and out.
