Slight imperfections.

Received a shipment of my Coach purse. First of, the purse itself was only protected by a plastic bag and paper envelope, no cardboard. Upon further examination discovered a small scratch on a side of the purse's surface. Note, this doesn't apper to be a leather imperfection but a scratch as a result of external abrasion.

Beautiful Bag......however.

I love the looks, color (Merlot), and leather of this bag. It is also extremely well made; however, it's smaller than I realized. The dimensions read 6" in height, but that includes the extra side panels that go above the zipper area, which means the actual compacity measurement is a little over 4" in height, so losing almost 2" in the height measurement makes a difference when filling the handbag. I honestly do not carry a lot in my bags, and it was a struggle to get everything to fit. If you're looking for a bag to carry basic essentials to take on outings, then this is a perfect bag but if you're looking for that everyday bag to throw extras in if needed this may not be for you. For example, if I wanted to take an extra pair of sunglasses, they wouldn't fit and I use cloth cases.
