Coach Tag Missing

When the bag arrived - it came without the tag which is shown in the picture. I called customer service and they would not exchange the bag since it did not have the tag. Well, they sent me the defective bag. They gave me a 15% discount, however, I want the bag the way it was intended. I've purchase many Coach bags and never had an issue. Very disappointed in Macy's customer service. I do love the bag but would like the tag.
