Extremely Disappointed Damaged and Used Items
What is going on, Macy’s? I’m honestly shocked and incredibly disappointed. This is now the second time I’ve received an order containing items that are clearly used, damaged, and absolutely not new. As a longtime loyal customer, I expect far better than this. The box arrived crushed, the watch band was scratched, and it looks like someone made a poor attempt to repackage it as new. This is not just careless—it feels deceptive. I’m extremely unhappy and frustrated. This is not the level of quality or integrity I expect from Macy’s. Please explain how this keeps happening and what you’re going to do to make it right.

I am writing review to complain about return delay, I returned this item and got an email February 1 that return was received, called week later and the lady said will get it by February 14, don’t get it, called 15 was waiting for an hour for customer service no one answered today is 18, I’ll contact my bank and dispute charge

Beautiful band but needed directions
I bought this band for my husband. We thought the band looked very attractive. However, we had to Google directions on how to resize the band in order to fit. There should have been directions included.
The Look With Functionaly!
I have tried other mesh bands. They always caught onto my clothing which can be a disaster! The coach band does not. It looks amazing whether I am dressed up or casual.
