Defective Watch Sent to Me.

I was so looking forward to receiving the Swatch, because the other Coach watches I have are very high quality and look good. This watch was going to be a nice smaller diversion from all of the large watches I have. Unfortunately when I opened the box parts of the watch were missing. I just expect better from a store like Macy's and I was highly disappointed. I had to hike all the way back to a Macy's to return the watch. Not a happy camper! I love that this watch has removable links near the clasp where you can adjust the watch based upon how hot the day is or how cold the day is and whether you want to wear a tight watch or a loose watch on a particular day. If they had not sent me a defective watch I probably be very happy with it right now. However it would be nice if it had a second hand - a lot of us like to have a second hand and this watch does not have one.

Beautiful watch but bad design...

The watch arrived exactly as pictured. However, I didn't like the bracelet's design. At the end of each side, there were 3 separate links that could be completely detached from the watch, about 3/4 of an inch wide. I believed it was designed for customers that needed to adjust the length of the bracelet, but the separate links were too wide. I removed one initially but not enough, so I removed one more, but then it became too tight. Also, I did not like the idea that the bracelet was not attached permanently. For the price I paid, I wanted something more solid. Though it was a beautiful watch, I decided to return it.
