I ordered these shoes as a gift. Came in a Macys box with no coach box, no stickers in case I had to return just in plastic. This is suppose to be a gift. So disappointed. The shoes are beautiful but if they need to exchange or return, it might be an issue

Professional, Comfortable, and Fashionable!
I love these shoes! They’re very comfortable, I’ve worn them to work multiple days now with no blisters or rubbing spots. They look great for a professional office environment. The Coach C logo on the front is fashionable but not in your face. I think these are true to size - I’m a size 10 with narrow heels but a medium forefoot and the size 10B fit me perfectly. My toes can move inside, they’re not pinched or hitting the front of the shoe. I have lower arches and the first few hours they were a bit stiff in the arch area, but as I wore them in that went away and didn’t return. They offer some support in the arches and some cushion in the heel. It’s winter, so a bit of leftover melted snow and salt ended up on the sides. It wiped off right away. I like that the sole is rubber with some traction.

High Quality Flats
These are a great casual but elevated looking shoe. I wore them with jeans but I can definitely see myself dressing them up as well. They are sturdy and feel high quality. My only complaint is that they rubbed blisters on my heels. Next time I wear them I will definitely have to add socks.

Comfort and style all in one
I am loving these loafers. I tend to wear an 8.5 but sized up to a 9 and I’m happy I did because they are a little narrow. Super comfortable and I love the black with gold Coach logo. These will be a staple in my work wardrobe. Great quality and look.
