Awful

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. Her parents spent 10 hours trying to put it together with poor/incorrect instructions and mislabeled parts. All the hardware was jumbled together in one bag so you had to measure to see what size screw you were using. The wood pieces were dirty and banged up. The top had a poor finish and a dent. And to top it all off after getting it almost put together they realized three of the drawer fronts were missing. I am in contact with the seller right now hoping to get replacement pieces or a refund. Definitely a poor product. I am surprised Macy’s would sell it.
