Taking to enhance my throid medicine

D3 and k2 work together

The k2 along with d3 yieldeda higher blood d3 than before i added k2 to my daily supplement protocol. The k2 has also led to nonfragile fingernails. This is an indicator that i am moving away from being an osteoporosis candidate.
