Even yourself out

Completely regulates my cortisol levels keeping me even throughout the day no matter what stresses life throws at me. Provides a sense of peace and calm without making you tired. It’s a fantastic product.

Definitely recommend for professional grade supplements

Asked to review product

Great product. Whether or not it works to do what it says, I'm still unsure. I notice my moods are more out of balance when I haven't taken them. However, I also stop taking them out of forgetfulness and executive dysfunction. I do suggest that more product can easily be placed in the container. A 60-90 day supply, possibly. Biodegradable plastic would also be a better alternative.

A game changer !

I play a fairly competitive recreational tennis and have started taking Meditate vitamins first thing in the morning before the games . I have noticed an improved concentration and greater energy , combined with overall mood improvement ! A game changer for me ! Thank you and I highly recommend !

Not for me

It made my head almost feel numb, and it carried over into the next day with only one capsule. I just wanted to close my eyes for the entire day after, maybe it would work well for some people but there is no way I could take this regularly.

Helps with sleep

Grateful

Company is empathetic to my experience in life and has been very supportive through my journey. I take this stuff at night and notice a more relaxed awareness to be. I would say it rolls over to the following day as well, which isn't a bad thing.
